We paid homage to our location and got the Boca Raton Roll. This one was really unique as it was rolled in buckwheat noodles and seaweed instead of rice. Inside was tuna, salmon, hamachi, asparagus, avocado and scallion. It was good, not my favorite of the bunch, but definitely good. I liked the taste of the noodles and seaweed outer layer. It was a nice break from the rice.
We wanted to make sure we got a little bit of everything in all of the sushi we ordered. When we realized we hadn’t picked anything with eel yet, we were drawn to the Green Dragon. This roll had eel, tuna, asparagus, cucumber, scallion and green tomato, wrapped in rice and topped with avocado. This one was delicious; eel is one of my favorites.
