Are you a serial snacker? That could be one of my biggest downfalls. Especially when it comes to something salty. Put a bowl of pretzels or crackers in front of me and I will go to town. Give me a side of hummus and…yeah, there’s no going back. But there are times when I crave something on the sweeter side (and no, I don’t mean cookies and brownies). A medley of colorful, fresh fruit will do the trick; I have a slight obsession with dried fruit too. I like the chewy element. There’s a new snack on the market that will satisfy my sweet fruit cravings, but also give me that chewiness I sometimes prefer.
Fruit snacks make me think of things I ate as a kid, and sure, these snacks are perfect to stash in your child’s lunchbox or give out as midday snack, but that’s not to say you can’t snack on them yourself!
