Recipe type: Sauce
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1 cup curly leaf kale
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more if needed
  • salt and pepper
  1. Add the first five ingredients to a large food processor and pulse until a puree starts to form.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while the food processor is on and continuing until it reaches your desired consistency.
  3. Add salt and pepper and pulse again, add more if needed.
