Margherita Pizza Dip

A creamy Greek yogurt-based dip that tastes just like the classic Margherita pizza!
  • 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Stonyfield non fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup tomato-basil sauce
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • handful of fresh basil leaves, plus a few more for garnish
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  1. Add mozzarella, Greek yogurt, cream cheese and tomato-basil sauce to a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Cut up one of the tomatoes and add it to the blender, along with the basil, oregano and garlic.
  3. Pulse until well-combined and the consistency is smooth and creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cut thick slices from the remaining tomato
  6. Pour mixture into a wide dish and top with tomato slices and basil.
  7. Serve cold.
