Dark Chocolate Raspberry Greek Yogurt Brownies

Dark Chocolate Raspberry Greek Yogurt Brownies are a guilt-free treat to satisfy your sweet tooth!
  • 1 3.5 oz Divine Dark Chocolate with Raspberry
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • ¾ cups granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • ¾ cups white whole wheat flour
  • 1¼ cup Stonyfield Organic plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large glass bowl, melt the dark chocolate bar and coconut oil in the microwave until smooth.
  3. Whisk together cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and flour in a medium bowl.
  4. Stir the yogurt and vanilla extract into the melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
  5. Add the dry ingredients a little at a time, and mix until just combined.
  6. Scoop the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Top with mini chocolate chips and bake for 23-25 minutes.
