Often asked, “where should I…?”, friends and followers trust Shaina as their credible source for local knowledge about restaurants, wellness brands, salons, gyms, shopping, and more. Additionally, her travel experiences allow her the ability to give tips for various locations outside of South Florida as well (hence, the “and Beyond”).

Shaina started her career in the television production world, ultimately wanting to become a familiar face in entertainment and pop culture news. She received her Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, where she spent her senior year interning for Entertainment Tonight and The Insider in The Big Apple. After a short stint back home in South Jersey, she decided to make a big move and headed south for a life of palm trees and endless summer weather. She took residence in Boca Raton, where she was immediately enchanted by the local food and restaurant scene, and Take A Bite Out of Boca was born. Along with creating content for herself over the past ten years, Shaina also creates content for other companies and brands for their websites, email marketing campaigns, social media and press release announcements. She is skilled at getting visibility for brands and has a genuine following that is eager to stay tuned to her next move.

As Shaina always has the pulse on what’s popular, she is a natural connector, and enjoys introducing people to the places and products they’ll fall in love with. You’ll never find her “selling” a product, but instead, authentically promoting things she loves. She shines at events and has a proven record of attracting large, targeted audiences to clients’ locations. Part of Take A Bite Out of Boca’s services for brands include these events, for which Shaina assists in organizing, promotes, and hosts in addition to bringing the crowd. 

Shaina currently lives in Downtown Delray Beach where she balances her foodie lifestyle with a passion for working out. She is vocal about her food sensitivities and is a champion for alternative options being readily available for everyone. Shaina has been featured in Boca Life Magazine and Boca Magazine, recognizing her blogging achievements, and is a strong advocate for supporting local South Florida businesses.
