Vegan Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Cheesecake Dip is the perfect sweet treat and takes almost no time to put together. This easy no-bake dessert features Fresh From Florida strawberries in the recipe, but they’d also make a great dipper!
One of my favorite things about living in South Florida is having bright, beautiful fresh produce available from Florida farmers all year long. Strawberry season is one of my favorite times of year. There’s nothing like a plump, juicy Florida strawberry. I’ve even had the opportunity to visit a Florida strawberry farm and eat freshly picked strawberries. I like to use fresh strawberries in protein smoothies (and the occasional strawberry daiquiri), and snack on them on their own too — but today we’re taking things up a notch.
I’m a big “dip” person — hummus, guacamole, salsa, etc. I like to dip all the things. But dessert dips? Not typically on my menu. It’s especially hard to find dairy-free dessert dips (if you’re new here, I went dairy-free about a year ago). Today, that’s changing. This Vegan Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Cheesecake Dip combines two iconic desserts — chocolate-covered strawberries and cheesecake — and it only takes minutes to make! Since Fresh From Florida strawberries are in season right now, this is the perfect time to stock up on everything you need to make this Vegan Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Cheesecake Dip. Make it to enjoy during a cozy night home on the couch watching Netflix, or bring it to a party and amaze everyone with your dessert-dip skills.
Of course, you could always use dairy ingredients if you don’t have to worry about a vegan or dairy-free diet. I’m keeping things vegan-friendly around here so I can indulge all I want in this cheesecake dip. We’re also keeping things local, using Fresh From Florida strawberries. I prefer to shop and eat local whenever I can. It’d be a shame not to, when Florida has such awesome produce available!
