It all started in the fall of 2011. Shaina traded in a life filled with four seasons and summers spent at the beach for a place that pretty much only has one season, and it can be spent entirely at the beach. This Jersey Girl moved to South Florida, and not long after, created Take A Bite Out of Boca, a well respected food and lifestyle blog celebrating over 11 years in the community. Take A Bite Out of Boca covers food and beverage, fashion, beauty, wellness and travel. She balances her foodie lifestyle with a passion for working out, and has learned to live with food intolerances. Shaina has been featured in Boca Life Magazine and Boca Magazine, recognizing her blogging achievements. Most recently, she was the cover feature for West Palm Beach Magazine’s Fall 2023 Dining Issue. Shaina is a strong advocate for supporting local South Florida businesses, but works with national brands as well. In 2023, Shaina expanded her brand further by creating the Take A Bite Out of South Florida podcast, which celebrates the vibrant local food scene and welcomes guests from across the hospitality industry.
