The restaurant opened in June 2004 to rave reviews, and was rated by Zagat as the “Best New Restaurant in Palm Beach County” after its first year. Executive Chef John Bonk has been on board since the beginning, giving guests a fine dining experience with a menu of delicious options, plus a raw bar and impressive Grand Platter with a full Tristan lobster tail , Ahi tuna poke, oysters, clams, and jumbo shrimp.

Holiday Dining at Prime Catch
This year, let Prime Catch do the cooking! The restaurant will be open on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
On Sunday, December 24th, get in the Christmas spirit with a festive brunch, which includes 25% off bottles of champagne and live music from 12-3pm. The brunch menu is available from 11:30am-3pm, featuring items like Corn-Flake-Crusted French Toast, Fried Shrimp and Grits, Jumbo Lump Crab Eggs Benedict, and what I would order: the Filet Mignon Scramble with potato-asparagus hash. That sounds absolutely delicious!
If you prefer going out for Christmas Eve Dinner, reservations are available from 4-10pm, with the last seating at 9:30pm. On Christmas Day, a special menu will be offered from 12-9pm, with the last seating at 8:30pm.
For those still looking for New Year’s Eve pre-party plans, Prime Catch has you covered! Kick off the day with brunch with 25% off bottles of champagne, or dinner from 4-10pm, last seating at 9:30pm.
