Baked Brie with Honey

I wasn’t going to share this “recipe” with you because well, it isn’t even really a recipe. Just a really good snack. Baked brie with honey. I’m sure you’ve had it a million times; it’s pretty much a staple at any cocktail party. It’s also a near-perfect appetizer to make when you’re planning your own in-house “happy hour” with friends in the comfort of your own home. No driving, no spending more money than you want to, and no creepy loners at the bar trying to talk to you. Yep, the At-Home Happy Hour is awesome. I’m making it a thing now. So, that means you need to follow my lead and go have your own. Tonight. 5pm. Invite your friends. Set out some chips and dip, find a fun cocktail on Pinterest, and make this Baked Brie with Honey. Your friends and your wallet will thank you.
