In Downtown Delray Beach, there is a lot of emphasis on supporting local business — and that is totally evident every year during Delray Beach Fashion Week when local designers, boutiques and hair salons are center of everyone’s attention for five days straight.
From January 24th-28th, Fashion Week attendees will experience firsthand the couture culture that resonates in this cozy, small beach town, and with this year being the 5th anniversary, the Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and downtown businesses promise to bring out all the bells and whistles. To celebrate this milestone, a limited amount of Fashion Passion VIP tickets ($165) are available, which includes VIP seating at all four fashion shows, a special anniversary edition Swag Bag (valued at $150) designed by local celebrity designer, Amanda Perna, and admission to the VIP reception. When: Wednesday, January 24th
Where: In front of The Colony Hotel
Time: 6-8pm: Live entertainment, artist on display, silent auction, beauty bar; 8-9pm: Showtime!
Admission: Free to stand and watch; $30 runway seating benefiting Achievement Centers for Children and Families; Includes special gift and a chance to win a Fashion Week prize

Where: Arts Garage
Time: 7-8pm: Reception and Entertainment; 8pm: Runway show featuring looks from 11 designers with hair provided by local styles and salons; 9pm: Entertainment and Meet-the-Designer post-reception
Admission: $50 benefiting Arts & Education Programming at Arts Garage; Includes 2 drinks and passed apps during reception, live entertainment, fashion show and post-reception
