A few days later when my labs came back, Dr. Kieffer and I had a telehealth appointment to go over everything right away. Prime Care VIP Mobile Doctor Services
Members can call or text anytime, even for same-day appointments. All in-person and telehealth appointments are included in the membership, plus annual blood work. Your Prime Care VIP mobile doctor can also coordinate care with any of your specialists, such as with prenatal care. Prime Care VIP will coordinate with your OB/GYN and continue routine care for non-pregnancy-related health issues.
This concierge membership plan is perfect for adults and families who want convenient medical care from a caring general practitioner. There is no long-term contract required. Members are billed monthly, and a 5% discount will be applied if you pay for the year in full.

Here’s how the pricing works:
- Adults $129/month.
- Children, from infant up to 18: $49/month. Must have at least one adult membership to qualify. Routine vaccines are not included.
- Families: $229/month for 2 adults and 2 children. Each additional child is $49/month.

Even if you are not ready to commit to a membership, Prime Care VIP is still here to help! Non-members can book appointments with the doctors for in-home sick/check-up visits or telemedicine consults. Out-of-town patients can also call for hotel visit appointments. In-person appointments for non-members do not include labs, tests, or blood draws.

The following labs are included: Complete Blood Count (CBC), Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), Lipid Profile (Cholesterol), Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), Vitamin D Levels, and Prostate Antigen (PSA) *for males. Additional labs are available for an added fee.
There are no long-term contracts; you can cancel your membership with a 30-day notice.
