Rapoport’s Restaurant Group Announces Summer Savings Through September
Now that most of the South Florida snowbirds have gone home for the summer, Rapoport’s Restaurant Group’s family of four is focusing on its loyal locals with a variety of great summer dining deals, available through September 30th, 2022. RRG consists of long-time Boca Raton staple, Max’s Grille; Downtown Delray’s favorite waterfront casual dining spot, Deck 84; and two West Delray neighborhood hotspots in the Delray Marketplace, Burt & Max’s and the recently opened Pagoda Kitchen.
Something that iconic South Florida restaurateur Burt Rapoport always says: the most expensive thing in a restaurant is an empty seat. But with these great promotions going on over the next few months, I don’t think that will be too much of an issue. Every day of the week, there is something for everyone to enjoy at each of the restaurants.
Summer Promotions at Max’s Grille
In case you haven’t been over to Max’s Grille in a while, the outside bar has been completely redesigned. There is also a beautiful private dining room inside that seats up to 12, as well as a larger semi-private room, dubbed the Great Room, that is available to accommodate events with up to 50 guests. Here’s what you can expect at Max’s Grille this summer!
- Martini Monday – Select $8 martinis.
- Wine Wednesdays – 1/2 price select wines by the bottle with purchase of an entrée.
- Wine & Dine – Every day from 4-6pm. Order any classic entrée and receive a free soup or salad. Order two classic entrees and receive a free bottle of house wine too.
- Happy Hour – Every day from 3-7pm at the bars and high tops. Lunch happy hour is Monday through Friday from 11:30am-3pm at any seat. HH specials include discounted beer, wine, spirits, seltzers and signature drinks, and a bar bites menu available 3-7pm at the bars and high tops only.
- Live Music – A rotating lineup of everything from reggae to DJ entertainment to rock, every Thursday at 7:30pm, and Friday and Saturday at 8:30pm.
- Lunch Box – Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 3pm, select items available starting at $13, including a soda, coffee or iced tea.
- Weekend Brunch – Saturday and Sunday from 11am-3pm, featuring speciality brunch items and $5 mimosas, Bloody Marys, bellinis and sangria, and $50 bottles of Veuve Clicquot Champagne.
Summer Promotions at Burt & Max’s
The contemporary and industrial design of Burt & Max’s is one of my favorite things about the restaurant. The indoor bar is actually made out of a 32-foot single slab of cypress wood, and the front entryway is paved with thousands of pennies.
Here’s what you can expect at Burt & Max’s this summer!
- Kids Eat FREE – Monday through Wednesday, children 12 and under get (1) free kids’ meal with any adult entrée purchase.
- Wines-Days – Sunday through Thursday, half price bottles of wine with the purchase of an entree (excludes champagne).
- Whiskey Wednesday – Half price bourbon and scotch (excludes flights). There are over 50 selections to choose from!
- Extended Happy Hour – Daily from open to 6:30pm at the bars and high tops, featuring discounted wine by the glass, beer and spirits, and a bar bites menu available from 4-6:30pm.
- Lunch Box – Monday thru Friday from 11:30am to 3pm, select items starting at $13 each, including choice of side. Regular menu is also available.
- Weekend Brunch – Saturday and Sunday until 3pm, featuring brunch specialties and signature brunch sips including unique Bloody Marys, mimosas, bellinis and more.
Summer Promotions at Pagoda Kitchen
Pagoda Kitchen finally opened its doors this past February after much anticipation and excitement. The menu has gone through some changes, but I went last week for the first time since Friends & Family over 4 months ago, and it was DELISH. Side note: If you are gluten-free, get the spicy tuna tacos in a cucumber boat instead of the wontons — such a great idea!
Here’s what you can expect at Pagoda Kitchen this summer!
- Bartender Bobby’s BOGO Bite Night – Every Monday, a select menu of dim sum and small plates are Buy One, Get One at both bars, couches, and high tops.
- Early Dining Deal – Sunday through Thursday from 4:30-5:30pm and Friday and Saturday from 4:30-5pm. Select entrées with (1) eggroll, a cup of soup or salad, and a choice of soft drink, ice tea, black tea or coffee for $18.95.
- Pack the Bar – Sunday through Thursday, happy hour pricing is available all night at the inside bar only with a minimum food purchase of $20 per person.
- Sake Sundays – half price bottles of sake with a minimum $20 food purchase.
- Wine Wednesday – Half price bottles of wine with a minimum $20 food purchase.
- Kids Eat Free – Sunday through Thursday, children 12 and under get (1) free kids’ meal with any adult entrée purchase.
Summer Promotions at Deck 84
Deck 84’s summer savings promotions will begin on Wednesday, June 1st. Many of the current deals will stay put, though, such as Taco Tuesday and weekend live music and brunch, so you can enjoy them now.
- Extended Happy Hour – Monday through Friday at both bars and high tops, featuring wine-by-the-glass specials and half price beer and spirits from 12-6pm, as well as a bar bites menu available from 3-6pm.
- Wine Wednesday – Half price bottle of wine with the purchase of an entrée.
- Taco Tuesday – Every Tuesday at 5pm, taco plate specials include three tacos, rice and beans and a select draft, house margarita or soda for just $19. Additional tequila, margarita and beer specials also available.
- Live music – Saturday and Sunday from 2-5:30pm on the covered, air conditioned, outdoor deck.
- Weekend Brunch – Saturday & Sunday until 2pm, featuring a variety of brunch plates and signature brunch cocktails including a Bloody Maria, Deck’s Spicy Mary, Manmosa, Strawberry Bellini and more.

Max’s Grille is located at 404 Plaza Real Mizner Park in Boca Raton. Online ordering is available and reservations can be made on Seven Rooms. The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30am-9pm, Friday from 11:30am-10pm, Saturday from 11am-10pm, and Sunday from 11am-9pm.
