Here’s a look into the Boca Raton Museum of Art’s calendar of events in Boca Raton happening through the end of March 2025.
For lovers of art in Boca Raton, there is no better place than the Museum, located on the north end of Mizner Park. This year, 2025, marks its 75th anniversary!
The celebration started in November with the arrival of the historic art exhibition, Splendor and Passion: Baroque Spain and Its Empire, in partnership with the Hispanic Society Museum & Library. Along with the world premiere of this exhibit came a whole host of events to commemorate 75 years of art and culture in the Boca Raton community.
The Boca Raton Museum of Art is not only known for its impressive displays for the public to enjoy, but it also offers a well-stocked store that makes shopping in Boca Raton much easier when you’re in need of unique gifts — everything from jewelry and handmade artisan items to contemporary design for your home, toys for kids, and more.
But aside from all of that, the Museum hosts countless events in Boca Raton throughout the year. With 2025 being the year it turns 75, the events are extra special and well worth checking out!

Artwork comes in so many shapes and sizes. It’s more than just paint to canvas. The Boca Raton Museum of Art makes sure to include all varieties — film and performing arts is a big one.
As part of the 75th anniversary, and inspired by the Splendor and Passion exhibit, the Museum created Spanish Cinema Now +, a 4-week series of original debut films by Spanish filmmakers. This series celebrates contemporary Spanish films, and has been organized and presented in partnership with the Cultural Office of the Embassy of Spain in Washington D.C.
There are two screenings left in the series. On January 30th, the double feature of two short films, Strange Way of Life and The Human Voice, and on February 6th, Love & Revolution. All films are accompanied by English subtitles.
The screenings are free to attend with admission into the Museum — which means it’s free if you are a member, but if not, you must pay the Museum admission fee.
