It’s that time again! Boca Bacchanal weekend is right around the corner — and I’m giving YOU a chance to win TWO TICKETS to the most must-attend event in the Boca community, Bacchanalia, held at the Mizner Park Amphitheater. This is the 14th year for the Boca Raton Historical Society & Museum’s main fundraising event.
On Saturday, March 25th, from 7-11pm, hundreds of locals will come together to enjoy delicious bites from over 30 South Florida restaurants, sip on wines from world-class vintners showcasing their wineries’ best, and discover unique craft brews in the beer garden. There will be a DJ, and electronic violist, Timothy Lovelock, is coming back again to wow the audience with his incredible musical talent. In addition to all the food, drink and entertainment, there will also be fashion, cars and a yacht display, a fun spot for everyone to take Bacchanalia-inspired selfies and an auction that you can participate in right from your phone using a new app called BidPal. You can preview all of the auction items the week before the event, and log in while you’re at Bacchanalia to bid from anywhere within the event, with just the click of a button. To sign up to use BidPal at Bacchanalia, please visit Boca Bacchanal under Tickets.
Boca Bacchanal’s Bacchanalia, which used to be referred to as the Grand Tasting, was the very first event I participated in when I moved to Florida and started Take A Bite Out of Boca. I was a volunteer and helped set up for the event on that Sunday five long years ago. After having an amazing afternoon, I knew I wanted to be involved in the South Florida culinary scene. The food is always incredible, and you will leave with a whole new arsenal of favorite wines. I promise you — you don’t want to miss this.
Tickets for Bacchanalia are $125 each, but scroll to the bottom of the post for your chance to win two FREE tickets! Admission includes entrance to the event which gives you access to ALL food and drink stations.
But Bacchanalia isn’t the only thing going on over the fun-and-food-filled weekend. On Friday, March 24th, celebrated chefs and vintners will pair their wine and cuisine together in unique and intimate dining experiences. These five-course dinners will take place within some of Boca’s grandest homes and historical sites such as The Addison and The Boca Raton Resort & Club. Guests attending the Vintner Dinners will also have the opportunity to meet their chef and vintner and learn more about the wine and food pairings of the evening. There are six Vintner Dinner locations, and tickets run $325 per person. Interested in attending one of these extremely exclusive events? Limited seats are available, so purchase your tickets as quickly as possible by clicking here.
