Sometimes I like to try those fancy schmancy craft cocktails with all kinds of weird ingredients – but most of the time, I’m pretty simple. Give me a glass of Prosecco topped with St. Germain elderflower liqueur and I’m a happy girl.

When you entertain, there should always be a little bubbly action for everyone to enjoy. VOVETI is a chic, modern Italian prosecco that embodies affordable luxury and classic style. It’s a high-quality, craft prosecco — only 15,000 cases are produced annually!

This upscale and affordable prosecco is perfect for everyday pairing or chic entertaining with friends — or really, any time a celebration is in order! Of course it’s nice to share a glass of prosecco with friends, but it’s even nicer if that glass of prosecco is topped with the smooth, sweet flavor of elderflower. All you need is a splash of St. Germain to really liven up the already tasty VOVETI prosecco. I can think of a million little tapas style dishes that would pair wonderfully with this simple, elegant cocktail. Baked Arancini, Endive Boats with Roasted Beets & Blue Cheese, Caramelized Onion, Apple & Gruyere Bites, Mini Salmon Cakes, and Basil-Marinated Shrimp, just to name a few…

If you’re feeling extra fabulous during your soiree, add some fresh berries to the bottom of your glass before pouring the VOVETI Prosecco and St. Germain. Not only does it give it a beautiful pop of color, but it pops with flavor too!
