Its mission is to generate travel demand to Greater Miami and Miami Beach, to maximize economic impact to our community, ensure industry resiliency, and elevate the resident quality of life.

Unless you have a specific Miami spa in mind that you want to visit, it can be a little overwhelming trying to decide where to go. Luckily, you can easily navigate through the Miami Spa Month website, filtering your search by neighborhood, day of the week, spa type, and treatment type, price and time.

Many of these best-in-class spas are located within Miami’s top hotels. Why not make your Miami spa day into a vacation? With so many museums, restaurants, beaches, and other fun events and things to do in Miami, you will definitely have a full agenda.

I had the opportunity to visit a handful of spas in Miami and try a variety of different spa day deals. I know, I know… It’s a tough job, but somebody’s gotta do it! I took the Brightline Boca to Miami, which was a super quick and convenient way to travel.

Each of these seven hotel spas has its unique characteristics and experiences, but one thing remains the same about all of them — you will feel totally relaxed and rejuvenated during and after your visit.

Let’s take a look at these eight spas to visit for Miami Spa Month:

1. mySpa at the InterContinental Miami has been voted the #1 spa in Miami on Trip Advisor. The InterContinental is a luxury hotel in Downtown Miami, with breathtaking views of the Atlantic and PortMiami. mySpa gives off chic, sophisticated vibes in a welcoming and approachable manner. InterContinental is also home to a Latin restaurant, Toro Toro, which is participating in Miami Spice.

The Miami Spa Month specials at mySpa are available daily. Treatments include:

• 25-minute Therapeutic CBD Massage for $109
• 50-minute myMassage with Hot Stones, Aromatherapy and Scalp Massage for $159
• 50-minute Vitamin C Dr. Dennis Gross Facial with LED Light Therapy Mask and Paraffin Hand Treatment for $199

Those participating in the spa month specials will also be able to use the spa amenities including the fitness center, pool, sauna, steam room, rain shower, and relaxation lounge. Lockers, robes, and slippers are provided, as well as parking validation for up to 4 hours. Spa guests also get a complimentary glass of bubbly or Mimosa.

2. The Palms Aveda Spa is located inside Miami Beach’s award-winning sustainable wellness resort, The Palms Hotel and Spa. It has been rated the #1 best spa in Miami Beach on Trip Advisor and highlights experiences influenced by holistic Ayurvedic wellness rituals. Spa month guests receive a reduced parking rate of $19 + tax for the day, and pool and beach amenities can be used between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on the day of service. All Miami Spa Month treatments include a glass of bubbly or a Mimosa after the service.

3. Lapis Spa, inside the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach, is a beautiful space that instantly makes you feel calm and serene. The Fontainebleau is a Miami hot spot for so many reasons. It’s home to one of the most popular nightclubs, Liv. You’ll also find Miami Spice specials at all three of the resort’s on-site restaurants: Hakkasan (Chinese), Mirabella (Italian), and Prime 54 (steakhouse).

Spa month guests can use the Eucalyptus Steam Room, Immersion Mineral Jet Bath, Essence 75-foot jetted coed pool, as well as the Fontainebleau’s famous pool-scape and lounge chairs. Robes, towels, lockers, showers, toiletries, and grooming amenities will be provided. There are also light snacks and beverages available.

5. The Spa at Carillon Miami is the most impressive spa I have ever seen. Its tagline “Come as you are, leave as you’ve never been” couldn’t be more on point. This wellness resort is situated on a 750-foot stretch of private beach. It has a very large menu of unique treatment plans that involve a mixture of Western, Eastern, alternative, and aesthetic medicine. There are also custom luxury healing and wellness retreats and experiences available through their partner, Best Life-ing. In addition to this innovative and ever-evolving spa at the Carillon, you can also enjoy Miami Spice specials at The Strand.

6. The Spa at the Miami Beach EDITION features a unique component. There is a Relaxation Lounge menu of ‘quick fixes’ meant to help decrease the stresses that arise from life and travel, like aromatherapy inhalation and a power nap meant to simulate four hours of restful sleep. The EDITION also has a dining concept developed by Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Matador Room, that is part of Miami Spice.

Spa month guests have access to locker rooms with detoxifying color therapy steam rooms, a co-ed relaxation lounge with custom-designed daybeds, and the spa shop featuring “best-of” products, beachwear, and loungewear. Valet parking is offered for $20 with a spa service of 60 minutes or longer, pending availability.

7. The Tierra Santa Healing House at Faena Hotel Miami Beach is a 22,000-square-foot sanctuary that features one of the largest hammams (which is a Turkish bath) available on the East Coast. It also features shaman-developed body-healing rituals and treatments, and technologically advanced facial treatments using Biologique Recherche skincare lines. A lot is going on at Faena, including plenty of Miami Spice opportunities. On-site dining concepts that are participating include Los Fuegos Argentinian steakhouse, Casa Faena Mexican restaurant, and the Pan-Asian Pao by Paul Qui.

Spa month guests who book the Sacred Summer Scrub, Sacred Warrior or Le Soin VIP 02 + LED Therapy have access to Faena Beach for an additional fee of $50 per person per treatment.

8. Enliven Spa & Salon at the JW Marriott Marquis in Downtown Miami is a 40,000-square-foot full service spa, including a co-ed relaxation area and sauna. The spa is located on the 20th floor of this 41-floor hotel that recently went through a huge renovation. The spa is just one of many incredible experiences available at the hotel. The 50,000-square-foot entertainment complex, located just one floor below the spa, is a sight to see with a bowling alley, basketball court, golf simulator and more.
