There is no better fall flavor than pumpkin. Although it’s easy to incorporate pumpkin flavor into a lot of savory dishes, my favorite way to use it is in baked goods. As soon as pumpkin spice things hit the shelves, you can find me racing to the store to get ’em. I always turn to Target for seasonal baking ingredients. No other retailer or grocery store stocks up on candy and chocolate like they do. In fact, Mars Chocolate products like M&M’S® Pumpkin Spice Latte, DOVE® Dark Chocolate Pumpkins, and DOVE® Milk Chocolate Eyeballs are available exclusively at Target! Seriously, it’s every bakers’ dream store!

They certainly aren’t hard to find — that’s for sure! Target has a huge display of M&M’s® Pumpkin Spice Latte basically begging you to buy them!

This season, M&M’s® Pumpkin Spice Latte are at the top of my list for fall baking, and I’ve got an insanely delicious (and easy!) fall dessert featuring these tasty little treats.

I love baking from scratch, but every now and then using cake mix is a fun way to create new recipes. I don’t think I’ve ever just made a cake with boxed cake mix. I’ve made fudge, truffles, and cookies but a plain and simple cake? No way. Where’s the fun in that?!

Making these Pumpkin Spice Cake Balls is super simple — all you need is Pillsbury® Perfectly Pumpkin Cake Mix and Pillsbury® Cream Cheese Frosting. I just love those Pillsbury flavors! Of course, it does take a little bit of time since you do have to bake the cake as normal. Once it’s finished and cooled, it’s time to get messy!

Use the best kitchen tools you have — your own two hands — to crumble up the cake in a big bowl. Now you can grab a spoon and mix in a container of frosting. Put down the spoon and let’s get messy again! Use your hands to scoop out a little bit of the mixture at a time… But wait! Don’t roll them into balls just yet. This is where you’ll grab some M&M’s® Pumpkin Spice Latte and stuff them into the cake ball mixture.

NOW you can roll it into balls. Arrange them on a baking sheet and place in the fridge to chill so they are nice and firm. Coat them in cinnamon or pumpkin spice, sprinkles — or melt some white chocolate for added sweetness!
